This is a great London broil marinade that is keto friendly. London broil can be a very tough cut of meat, but with this marinade, it tenderizes the meat so that it is just succulent and juicy.

Yields1 Serving

 2 lbs London Broil
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
 ½ tsp Liquid Smoke
 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 ½ tsp Garlic
 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
 ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes
 ¼ tsp Salt

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.

Add scored and cut London broil to a ziplock bag.

Add ingredients to the bag with the meat and rub around until the meat is completely covered.

Fold the bag over the meat and try to squeeze out as much air as you can from the bag and seal shut.

Place in refrigerator for a few hours to overnight or up to 2 days.
