Pepperoni Bites

  1. 500g / 1lb ground/mince beef
  2. 100g / 3.5oz pepperoni finely diced
  3. salt/pepper to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the ground/mince meat, pepperoni, salt and pepper.
  2. Squeeze small balls of the meat mixture together. I find this technique works better than rolling them. The meat binds together firmly.
  3. Place on an oiled baking tray, or line with non stick parchment.
  4. Bake at 180C/350F for 10-15 minutes.
  5. They may need turning once during cooking so the pepperoni bites brown evenly on all sides.
